Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time editor/designer?
The reasoning is that our service is much more than just editing; it includes strategy, design, and engaging editorial work. We are your unseen partner who not only completes the tasks but elevates your operations to new levels through coaching, support, and hard work. Here's an example to illustrate this: The annual salary for a full-time, senior-level editor can exceed $100,000, plus benefits (and it's challenging to find one who's available). In addition to this, there might not always be enough work to keep them busy all the time, resulting in you paying for idle time. With our monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription as needed. This way, you ensure you're only paying for an editor when there's actual work for them to do.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one
How fast will I recieve my requests?
Typically it takes 4 days for an engaging style edit, and 2 days there after for any changes. All other requests from thumbnail design, strategy analysis and coaching are typically done in two days.
Who are the editors and designers?
Mediable is primarily orchestrated by video producer, Orson Lord. He carefully handpicks the best talent globally through a rigourous vetting process.
Orson ensures the selected individuals share two common characteristics:
1 - A positive attitude towards challenges
2 - A passion for YouTube.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand you may not have enough work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 28 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 7 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
How do I make requests?
We provide a pre-production template for you to fill in and a google drive link to upload your assets. Anything that can be shared via collaborative documents and google drive is fair game.
What if I don't like the Video/Design?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.
